Ursula Lashen Nov 23, 1927 – Jan 17, 2016 Resident of Garden City, New York, Ursula passed away peacefully. She was preceded in death by her husband, the late Howard, and survived by her daughter Frances Guida, her son Edward “Woody”, and their spouses Bill and Linda. A teacher for many years in the Garden City Public School system, she brought her passion for science to a generation of children at Stewart School. Visitation will be held at Krauss Funeral Home, 1097 Hempstead Turnpike, Franklin Square, NY 11010 on Thursday 2-4PM and 7-9PM.
