Obituary for John (Jack) Vignali of Temple Hills, MD, passed away on Friday, April 23, 2021 at Calvary Hospital in the Bronx, NY. Born on April 18, 1950 in Port Jefferson, NY. He was an avid sports fan, and loved bowling, golfing, and the Mets. Beloved son of the late John and Helen (Chapin) Vignali. He grew up in Moriches, NY and graduated from William Floyd High School in Shirley, NY. He served in the US Army and graduated from Taylor University. John was retired from the US Census Bureau in Washington, DC. He is survived by sisters Lorraine Vignali (Angelo), Janet and Susan Vignali and the late sister Dorothy (Harold) Schell and Aunt Laura (Henry) Franceschina. He is also survived by nieces Rebecca Schell, Joy (Alek) Leo, Melody (Chris) Wright and nephews Jonathan (Shannon) Schell and John Misciagno along with cousins Michael and Diane Franceschina. Also survived by many great nieces and great nephews.
