I know it's hard to believe but I think about Frank pretty often. I requested to visit him 15 years ago, but I'm not sure what happened. When I was a kid in Woodhaven 30 years ago he always greeted me with a big smile whether we were going to a store, or the million times I rang his doorbell to play with Jimmy. He was always the first person to grab a lawn chair to watch us set off our fireworks on the 4th of July and I always appreciated that. I also appreciated the many milk crates of tennis balls he used to bring home for Jimmy so we could always play our many sports outside. Frank also loved to play cards and go fishing with my Dad and brother. He came over our house on the day we moved away to say goodbye. Now it's time for me to say goodbye. Frank, it was really great knowing you and I will always remember you. Thank you for being a great person and neighbor. May you rest in peace.
