Cosmo Ciriello of Elmont, New York passed away on Saturday, March 28, 2020 at the age of 94. Cosmo was born on June 4, 1925 in Cassano, Italy and was one of 8 siblings. Cosmo and and his wife Angela lived in Australia for 10 years before moving to the United States in 1971. He took pride in his bountiful garden filled with fresh fruits, vegetables, flowers and a beautiful fig tree. He enjoyed making wine and tomato sauce with his family and was a faithful member of St. Vincent de Paul Parish in Elmont. Beloved husband of Angela (Fascilla) of 60 years, devoted father of Joseph (Cheryl) and Michael (Eva), and cherished grandfather of Marisa, Jacqueline and Lucas. Visitation will be Monday, March 30, 2020 from 2:00 pm - 4:00 pm and 7:00 pm - 9:00 pm at Krauss Funeral Home, 1097 Hempstead Tpke., Franklin Square, New York. 516-352-2080. Visitation limited to 10 people at any one time. Burial will be Tuesday, March 31, 2020 at 11:00 am at Holy Rood Cemetery, 111 Old Country Rd., Westbury, New York.
