I am deeply saddened by the passing of Joan. I had spent many of my teenage years hanging out with Barbara and the rest of the kids in the Collins home. Joan was a kind and special lady that was filled with faith, worked hard, loved much and always had a smile on her face. It was a honor and a privilege to have known her, Frank and the Collins Clan. May she rest in peace and may her family know she was a wonderful woman who touched my life and the lives of many others. My thoughts and prayers are with you at this time. Love and Peace to all
