Lilly Theresa Schaefer,88 of Franklin Square, New York passed away on February 27,2018 after a brief illness at Sun Harbor Rehab Center in Roslyn Heights New York. Lilly was born in Brooklyn, New York to Charles and Antoinette (Bossman) Schaefer on March 28,1929. Lilly worked for Doubleday in Garden City for 40 years. Lilly survived by her cousins Peter & Kathy Eder of Darien CT, Margot Kessler Lasiter of Myrtle Beach NC, William and Patricia Eder of Newtown Ct. , Karl and Terri Eder of Fairlawn NJ and many life long friends. She was predeceased by her loving parents. In Lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Lilly's name to St. Catherine of Sienna R.C. Church, Franklin Square NY
