~~LoCastro, Joseph C. on 9-20-2017 age 82. Long time resident of Garden City South. Loving son of the late Frank and Maria LoCastro. Stepson of Frances LoCastro. Beloved husband of Arlene LoCastro. Devoted father Robert (Kathleen) LoCastro, Lisa (Robert) Bickert, Jennine LoCastro and  fiancé Bruce Gille. Loving brother of Anthony (Josephine)LoCastro, Joanne (Ron) Bump, John LoCastro and the late Mary (Tony) Insinga. Cherished grandfather of Kristina, Jessica, Robert, Sara, Jordan, Perrin, Rachel and great-granddaughter Jennifer. Also survived by many adoring nieces, nephews and wonderful family and friends. Joseph was an avid sportsman with a passion for golf and tennis. He was a talented artist and loved life. Reposing at Krauss Funeral Home 1097 Hempstead Tpke., Franklin Square Friday 2-5 & 7-9 pm. Mass of Christian Saturday 10 am St. Thomas the Apostle RC Church West Hempstead. Cremation private. In lieu of flowers donations in his memory to St. Francis Hospital would be appreciated.
