Longtime area civic leader with lengthy service as both President and Recording Secretary of the Central Nassau Civic Association. Editor of the associations monthly bulletin and author of the bulletins popular “Back Fence” column which provided good news about the local citizenry. Beloved wife of the late Joseph Curreri and the late Harold Miller. Devoted mother of Richard Curreri and his wife Pamela Otis Curreri. Adored grandmother of Allison and Richard (RJ). Dear sister of the late Seymour, Sidney, Elihu (Red) and Chick. Reposing at Krauss Funeral Home 1097 Hempstead Tpke, Franklin Square Thursday 5 – 9 pm. Funeral Firday 10:30 am at Funeral home.. Interment Calverton National Cemetery.
