I`m sad to learn the passing of Herb. I worked with him at newsday and was the sweetest man I ever met. We would ride our 4 wheelers at his cabin. I remember when he bought his rifle and 4 wheeler because he wanted to go hunting. R.I.P. Herb

I WOULD LIKE TO EXTEND MY CONDOLENCES TO THE ENTIRE LUHRS FAMILY. Death is very hard to cope with because it is unnatural. God's original intent was for us to live forever on a paradise Earth. He never wanted to see us suffer or die. Act 24-15 promises that there will be a resurrection of both the righteous and the unrighteous. This is a wonderful provision that came about as a result of Jesus ransom sacrifice. May this provide faith to help you through these tough times.

We spent the night at Herbs Cabin in PA- From the loft he's waving up at me- :)
