My heartfelt condolences. The pain you feel will never go away, it will ease as time goes by. The sweet memories of your Dad will always be with you and everyone who knew him.
I called my Mom on my lunch breaks, and the first thing I ask her, was how's Micky boy doing. I called her this Monday and almost asked her how he was, forgetting that he's gone to rest. Micky was like Family to us. We'd call Mom face time and chat with him, and love to hear the stories of him.
Rest In Peace sweet Micky, you will always be remembered. Love you Micky boy!

There isn’t one memory there are years of memories.
We ended up being his boat neighbor and he was the reason we were in that marina. Mickey was the mayor of the double A dock. Mickey would always greet you graciously with a toothpick in his mouth and a Coors light beer in his hand. Mickey introduced us to a lot of things, card games, horse racing lottery, 4th of July dock party, club meetings and so much more. Mickey became a friend to us, he will be missed but never forgotten.

During this time of your painful loss, I want u to know ure in my thoughts n prayers. Tom your Dad,"Magu"will forever shine through you, his love will continue to guide your path.
"Death takes away the person, but can never take away the love and memories they left behind " hold on to those memories these will bring you some comfort. We all will missed him tremendously.
For me every thing has changed...my entire routine for 6 years, being with Micky "our baby" has shown me a lot of myself, my love for him was that of a Dad...one of which I was never fortunate to have since I was twelve years old..im grateful n am blessed to have beeb a part of his life as he had been a part of mine....we made funny n loving memories which will always remain with me forever.
Even though I wanted him to fight n stay with us a little more longer , I eventually try to accept it that it was God's way and not ours, so with a heavy heart I was content to let him go to rest peaceful. For me...my baby held his dignity to the end, he didn't want to lay in bed and have us take care of him..I proudly salute you Mr Michael McCaffery, we will miss you dearly my sweet baby...Rest in eternal peace hon..love you.

Me, and Uncle Mickey had special bond. I remember one of the family funerals that Uncle Mickey, and Uncle Dennis came down to Florida, and on the way to the cemetery in Ocala we both sat in the back seat, and we were joined at the hip. He use to call me his pal. He gave me his sell phone number, and I would call him to see how he was doing, and he invited me to come up to go fishing on his boat. We love you so much Uncle Mickey, and I know that I will see you again in Jesus’s Gloria’s Kingdom.

As a good friend of Tommy, I was introduced to the McCaffery family and was greeted with a warm and welcoming smile. I have enjoyed Tom’s wedding, backyard barbecues and especially days on your boat. There were sad times too, attending funerals to show my support for the family. Going to miss you Mr. McCaffery, made God open his arms and accept your soul into heaven. Now it’s your time to rest in peace.
