Francesco Sivilli Obituary

Francesco Sivilli Obituary

Francesco was born in and traveled from Grumo Appula, Italy when he was 13 years old to begin working and contributing to his family. He worked there for several years. Then, he traveled back to Italy and was ready to meet a companion. He met the love of his life, Rosa D’Amato. The couple moved to America together, where they almost immediately gave birth to their first child, Giovanna. They were blessed to welcome two more children, Frank and Maria. The family traveled to Italy during summers and spent time with Francesco and Rosa’s siblings and parents. Francesco worked extremely hard his entire life to provide for his wife and children. He worked at Steinway Piano’s and several other companies, often working day and night shifts for different jobs simultaneously. He was proud of the life he had created for his family in America, but always remembered his roots and his family in Italy. He had seven grandchildren: Frankie, Alexa, Nicholas, Peter, Nicholas, Adrianna, and Peter. Francesco and Rosa recently celebrated their 60th Wedding Anniversary. Francesco, “Cicil (Cee-cheel)”, also recently traveled to Miami, which he was very excited to do; to be able to go into the warm ocean again. The family is extremely tight knit, and will never forget the impact he has had on all of their lives
