When I heard the news, it brought back a flood of great memories of hanging out with you when we were coming up. I can't believe you're gone old friend. Life is too short and fragile and precious. Even though we weren't in touch a lot as we got older I'll miss you man.

I knew David since 7th grade. I enjoyed our summers hanging out, 7-11 slurpee’s, exploring Elmont, raiding my parents fridge after grocery day, and always being on the edge of mischief. We spent weekends fixing our bikes and then cars as we got older. After I joined the Navy, Dave and I kept in touch and was blessed to have him as a best man in our humble wedding, and fortunate to have him visit us a few times in Virginia. I always remember Dave’s laugh and smile and he always had a camera ready to catch the moment. While our lives took different paths those days with Dave in our younger years are timeless and were a true blessing. Rest in peace Dave you are with me and our family always.

One of my longest & best friend. 30+ year friendship though good times and better times. Dave and I always had a great time. His energy was always infectious. I’m still having a hard time processing all of this. Love always to his family sister, brother-in-law, his brother, mom, and nieces. Will forever be missed.

I’ve known David since he was 16 years old. Every time I saw him, he greeted me with a smile that lit up his face and filled my heart. He was always excited to spend time talking and joking, sharing stories and and showing genuine interest in everyone around him. He always left with kind words. When I think of him, I always feel his good-natured spirit and have the picture in my mind of his smiling face.

was a very special individual and friend to each of us.. He was a bright, intelligent, and a kind person who was always available to assist regardless of the time and day.
