Jennie & I became fast friends during our time together at work. She (and her beloved Joe, rest his soul) made me belly laugh on the regular, she fed me the most delicious home-cooked food, and she will forever be one of my most-favorite humans. I loved her dearly, and having been her friend is an honor I will forever cherish. RIP, Jennie, you sweet, kind soul.

Sometimes in our lives we are lucky enough to meet a few very special people, and sometimes we are even luckier to call them friends. I admired Jennie for so many things. She worked hard and there were no shortcuts, no cutting corners, no doing the minimal amount of work to get a job done. She was driven by pride and self-respect, both at work and in life. She had the strength and courage to persevere when many would have given up. She deserves the eternal happiness with Joe that she now has. You will be missed, Jennie. Mom you truly will be missed everyday. You left us was too soon like dad. You fought as hard as you could with this cancer. Cancer won. You are now reunited with your sole mate and are no longer in pain. You went peacefully surrounded by your children and grandchildren. We will never forget you, and we will keep the traditions alive like we promise. I love you to moon and back my angel.
