From time to time, I was wondering what happened to Mrs. Redman who has been ill and stayed with Dr. Redman, her husband at home for a long time. He took care of her as she took care of her whole family. I have a lot to share with the Redmans. Their family has been my role model family in America, because they have beautiful family ties not only within their own family but with relatives and friends. Evelyn's mother who was reaching 100 years lived with them when I visited. I learned that how she insisted to participate in her grandchildren lives to follow their living. Her own world, although she was old, was continued in her mind. That is how she kept her life as a family member. Their family has their own tradition to pass onto generations to come. I cherish the memories that I have. When I have found out yesterday that Evelyn had passed away last year and all this recent time I was wondering how they are managing life together. It was not a easy situation to maintain normal life. However, knowing their family ties, they would have managed well the last days of their mother, grandmother, together with the help of their responssible beloved father. I want to share personally my cherished memories to keep for my own sake in America as true heritage of this country as the way I saw and experienced. I deeply regret that I only found the lovely little devoted lady's passing away in this way after more than a year later. It took me a while to wear off my initial shock at the news although I expected any time can come. During this Corona virus period, it is so easy to loose the sense of time; truely a thousand year feels like a day or the other way around. The time does not matter any more. What matters is what you cherish in your ❤️, the human relationship.
