I knew Joey when he lived in Los Angeles. I found him to be one of the nicest
people that I've ever met. I always thought he could have reached his goal as an

I am so sorry to hear about Joey not being with you anymore. I am among some of his older friends back in his Carnegie Deli days in Los Angeles. we had been trying to get in touch with our old cohorts and friends and Jon B. Found this sad news. I am so sorry for your loss he was a sweet guy and a whole lot of fun! I even had the chance to do Vegas with Joey we had some great times back in those days and made lasting friendships even if we lost touch over the years.
I'm grateful we have those fun times with Joey to cherish as I'm sure you all have years of memories to hold in your hearts. He was so special that years after the fact people were trying to track him down and reconnect. I'm so sorry he is gone and I hope that you have found some light in your sadness after losing him. My prayers to all of Joeys friends and family. We were all lucky he touched our lives.

My deepest condolences to Joey's family, friends and loved ones. Joey was a dear friend to me. He was a loving and loyal friend and a great guy to be around. I'm very saddened to find this news. If anyone reads this from the family I'd like to know the cause of Joey's death if you wouldn't mind. May his memory be eternal.

I love you, I wish I spent more time with you at Moms 50th, but Im very glad I got to spend time with you there and I know youre in Heaven because your soul is a beautoful one. A rarity. We lost a really good person. God, I thank you that Joey isnt suffering and I know youve welcomed him with open arms.
