My Dad was a gentleman, an old school type guy. A true patriot, always saluting to the flag everywhere he went. He was loved and adored and respected by many. He was devoted to my mother and loved my sisters and I and adored all his grandchildren and his beautiful great grandson. Caring for both him and my mother was hard work. I wouldn’t have it any other way they gave to us and we gave back. After losing my mom 6 months ago, we knew my dad was going to need a lot of support during his time of mourning. He never gave up. He fought so hard to be well. It’s true what they say that God gave the toughest battles to the strongest soldier. That’s my father right there. A tough guy—a warrior! Daddy, I Love and miss you so much it hurts. But I know you’re not miserable and suffering anymore, and you’re right beside mom, smiling again. I saw it in your eyes all these months how much you missed her. Please give mommy a hug and kiss for me. Give my love to Frank and tell him we all love and miss him dearly. Sleep in sweet peace. You and mommy will always be in my heart forever. Give us signs and watch over us all. Love you always, Donna

Everyone who knew my grandfather knew how strong he was. Saying he was strong is truly an understatement. He did not deserve what he was put through this year. However, he fought so hard to be here with us. He proved to everyone that he was a fighter, or as he would say “Batman”. He is reunited again with the love of his life, my Mamar. He is already missed tremendously. There will always be a special place in my heart for my Mamar and Pop, they will never be forgotten. Rest In Peace my sweet Pop, I love you.
~Nicole

My father was my hero. My Superman and the first man I loved and ever loved me. He fought so hard to be with us. He was a man of honor, faith, and a US Veteran. He was married to my mom Joan for almost 60 years. He’s the father of 3 girls, grandfather to 8 lucky grandkids, and one beautiful great grandson. He will be missed forever. Anyone who knew him loved him. Rest in eternal peace my sweet daddy. Send my love to mom. May you both enjoy eternal peace and love.
