Dennis, My heartfelt condolences to you and your family. Arlene’s psssing was just posted on the the retiree website. Arlene was one of the most genuine and beautiful people I had the pleasure of knowing.
As an aside I just learned that Arlene had something in common. We shared the same birthday, except I was born in 1945

Dear Dennis and family,. It's with deep sadness that I read about the passing of your wife and your children's mother. I had the great opportunity to meet your wife at the firehouse and work with her getting stuff sent out to the Department on my First signal 10 within Franklin Square Fire as a probie. Your wife is beyond amazing in the love that she provided the members with much needed refreshments. It's often looked over the extent of what these wonderful ladies do go for the members and something we forget to say thank you and thank you for being there for us. Dennis, your wife is a true inspiration and class act of love. May God Bless her and welcome her home to heaven and may God Bless you and your family and know that she is looking down on you all and smiling.
